Instagram, the number one photo- sharing app on iPhone, iPod touch, and other apple devices is finally released on Android too today! Instagram takes over Google Play since its availability, dated April 3, 2012 but seems unlikely to make some Android users happy!

And the primary reason behind the unpropitious response from some Android users is that the app is not compatible with some camera such as HTC One XSEMC Xperia X10 and Motorola Droid X while some others encountered bugs for uploading photos from gallery.

Aside from camera incompatibility, several bugs have also reported such as failure in editing photos, failed to upload photos on facebook, unable to install on SD card and force closes when taking picture.

Other concerns from some disappointed users include the lack of features that are present on other Instagram app primarily the absence of some filters and the sharing option is very limited.

Although these unfavorable responses have already took the attention of the Instagram developers, and even submitted a quick fix for the camera problem issue, overall ratings of the app in the market is very high with 4.4 average rating / 20, 733 downloads that is expected to go beyond on the next few days.
